A Reality
We have a choice of either continued smoking, even at the times when we dont want to smoke, or not smoking at all. If you continue to smoke, the yearning to quit will persist and afflict you until you do. If you give them up the discomfort is short lived, your health, finances and self esteem benefit.
If you want to smoke, dont; the urge or feeling will pass and each successive urge or feeling will pass as well. Laugh at it, let it bounce off of you; take command. Be special then, be true to yourself, take control, and refrain from smoking.
I once dreamt about quitting and now that dream has become a reality. Two years is approaching now since I set out to do this. With some effort, determination and will you can make it your reality as well.
