Start of a New Week

Gin, Congrats on week 1, "Hell Week". Moving on to week 2 is still difficult. Keep on working through the program and keeping a journal about your cravings and coping skills. This will help you to get through all of your tough times. Also, think about the reasons why you quit, it should help keep you motivated. Brenna, Bilingual Support Specialist

Well, I've completed a week without smoking. I feel pretty good about that. I do have some cravings this morning but nothing I can't handle. This is a critical time for me because I never made it more than a week before. I'm hoping I can pass this week without a hitch.
