I am a newbie too, but for the very new newbies who want the real truth about when they quit. It really does get alot easier everyday. Im new into it but its was the 2nd-6day that was really hard. Hang in there it gets bearable sooner than lately. If you can be strong till day 4 then it takes less energy with each day to stay smoke free. You will see because I never ever thought I could even get to day 12 but I am finally here and if I can quit please know you can too.
