new me, You are setting a good example. That is the best way to teach. Good for you. I'm still chasing you. Hopefully someone will stop smoking because I did. I have been having some bad problems with my 21 year old son..very stressful. And, I have been in deep thought and melancoly about him. One of my bosses pulled me aside this afternoon and asked me, "would you recommend the nicotine lozenges to quit smoking?" Well, since scc, I have ALOT of knowlege about this exact subject. We discussed nrt, cold turkey, Allen carr's book, this website, other quit smoking websites (he actually wrote them down). His ending comment to me was, "I have tried the gum, chantix, the patch. I am just so sick of smoking. I am so sick of having smoking control my life." I went into the break room and felt so thankful. Thankful that I have found my way here to scc, so thankful, that although I still struggle, it is nothing compared to the first few months. I was so grateful that, for today, i am free from smoking. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 131 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,144 Amount Saved: $655.00 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 0 Mins: 52 Seconds: 26
