When I consider cigarettes its yuk, yuk, yuk and they are so darn addicting. Golly its no wonder that we have the saying NOPE, yuk, yuk. A person doesnt even have to enjoy smoking, but they smoke anyway. STAY AWAY from those nasty things; give yourself some quit time to come to your senses. You will come around and will come to realize that you dont need a smoke for what ails you, makes you strong, happy, excited, sad or whatever.
They are bad for you and you do know this! Think about it; dont just keep stuffing those things in your face and lightning them up. Think about what you do.
Look into NRT as it makes quitting easier. You will be very pleased with the positives of not smoking. You just dont remember what it was like to be a non smoker. It is natural to not want one and you will not be consumed with taking care of the habit.
