Bear, I quit before this one and didn't call it a quit at all.
For some reason I all of a sudden lost the urge to smoke, this went on for 4 days. No cravings, no withdrawal just a lack of interest, It was very odd indeed.
Then when the cravings came back I said well, since I already have 4 days might as well keep going. Was kinda funny when Sue kept asking me if I quit smoking and I would say, NO just don't feel like having one right now.
Because I was not fully committed my quit did not last.
That falls under the problem of Staying Quit.
This last quit I know is for good, seeing our cat start to suffer from cancer in the throat and lungs was unbearable.
I can honestly say, if you feel you are going to slip then you need to meet some of the people who it is too late for. Sad as it may be it will secure your quit.
