I agree there's more to this than someone protesting the smoke in the air. Anyone probably could have set this person off, but, the media won't let anything potentially negative about the new smoking law get by them.

Penitent, it is very tragic. I often wonder how these people smuggle guns into clubs in the first place. I don't think it would have mattered whether it was smoking related or chewing gum related. The same outcome would have occurred.
