Bear, This is the cycle that is the SSC. As you continue in your quit it begins to lose priority and you move more into a maintenance phase. Some start to feel secure enough to tackle their quit on a daily basis alone and only check in. Don't be discouraged. Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

Some days are diamonds. Some days are stones. The miracle is that we can turn our stones into diamonds. I'm just sitting by the old computer waiting for the train to load and started to wonder about our lack of enthusiasm as we move along in our quit or maybe it's because it's summer and people have things to do with family or maybe it's the fact that a lot of you work and come home and your day still is,nt done and you still have thing,s to do or maybe it's my perception :quest: My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/20/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 122 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,196 Amount Saved: $1,220.00 Life Gained: Days: 27 Hrs: 23 Mins: 21 Seconds: 42
