Opportunity to make a Difference It seems like it was just yesterday when I discarded that last cigarette but it wasn�t. Breaking this addiction like all addiction takes some doing but we can do and do, do this. We do this one by the minute, by the hour, by the day by the week by the month. And after the month cycle it is said with and done. We are the survivors, the true heroes, the salt of the earth, the ones that get it done. My friend at work asked yesterday, how long has it been, a year? I replied, no, 17 months. You will find that the thought of smoking disappears. That is what we look forward to. It happens forever and forever; it does happen. For crying out loud! Leave the smoking thought to those that smoke. Get over it! Let yourself flourish, live with pride, dignity, and purpose.
