Unhooked, Congrats on day 9! Dexter, Some members do find this and have found it helpful to take a break or stick primarily to the stats parade forums when craving. Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Good going John!!! Keep up the good work!!! I'm right with you. I'm on day 10 now! So, hard to believe, but I am actually doing it! (and my DH) Few cravings here and there, but they only last for about 5sec. or so and then they are gone. Always have some sugar free candies with you, those help ALOT! The only time I really miss a smoke is after dinner, but I get my sneakers on and take the dog for a walk, and it soon passes. Isn't great being a non-smoker? I love it!! Day 8 YEA!!!!! How are all the May quitters doing. Still having the cravings, and sometimes just want to. I have my glovebax and duffisims in my pocket. That seems to help. Also does any one else find that they want to smoke more while typing about and looking at the posts every little bit. Maybe just going a little "nuts" this morning. Slept in then went for a dog walk, while he is running I set on a rock and do some reading & medation. I might not be around but about once a day, but I do promice that before I pick a smoke I will come here to post and log on to the IM thing. So far when I' on IM deal There has been a good person to chat with.
