Hey Lookingglass! AH the benefits are many, calmness, being able to breathe, no stuffed sinuses, no dry throat, or dry eyes, also noticed my voice is clearer, better circulation, my skin is so much clearer looking, I look healthier, less wrinkles around my eyes, even my fingernails are more pink now. Still notice things each and every day that are improvments. My attitude gets better every day too. Hey we're closin in a month Bud! WOW! ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 26 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 660 Amount Saved: $274.3 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 4 Mins: 36 Seconds: 59

We talk a lot about the challenges that come with quitting, but how about the benefits? Whether you're a few days, a few months or a few years into your quit... what benefits have you experienced? What has changed, or is changing, for the better? What has been the payoff for all your efforts thus far?
