I don't really know, but I'm sure someone here will know! Maybe try a "search messages" to see if anyone else has had a sore nose? Have you seen a doctor? I saw somewhere someone said their nose ran a lot, is yours running? Blowing it too hard can cause tiny blood vessels to burst, and you could get some bleeding from that. Hang in there, you are doing great, and there are NO stupid questions, but I'm sure someone will answer your question with more knowledge than I! 38 days is wonderful, keep up the great work. Just a stupid ?. Sense quiting smoking I have had sore and bleeding nasal problems. Could this be from not being covered with nicotine. Any one have or hear of that kind of problem.
