How does the passport work? I'm not able to access any information about planning my quit, can't post a public pledge, etc.

On the left of your screen click on
"View Support Group"
At the top right click on
"Online Quit Program"
Read and click continue
Three or four pages in it will ask you if you want to sign up. Keep on clicking continue and the affirmative. I believe you have to fill in almost all of the information and you will be filly in.
