I am on day 151 smoke free. That is a wonderful feeling to be able to say that. I received an email from a gal I met at a smoke cessation class and was hoping to be quit buddies, however she only came once and never heard from her again until yesterday. She was asking how I was doing and I was very proud to tell her I was smoke free for 5 months. I encouraged her to come to class and hopefully she will join us. I feel good, I walk 10-15 minutes per day and have a lot more energy, people say my skin looks better.
