Thank you for your positve reply Ashley.  I am going to stay committed to this process because everything and everyone is suffering because my illness.
The funny thing is, is that we don't choose to feel this way but we have to fix it.  I am going to see a counselor today and I am going to share with her what I am working on for my homework, which is the goal setting and my mini steps to get there.  This is difficult because it is sooo very hard to thing and concentrate on what I am doing.   In order to stay focused I think about my husband and kids.

Welcome Roxy,

I'm glad you have found us. This program is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy principles which is one of the best treatments for mood and anxiety disorders. If you do the program and homework you will notice a different after just a few sessions. Take your time with the program and post often in the support group. You are not alone in this, we will help you get to where you want to be.

With depression it can be hard to get motivated and push yourself to get things done - like this program. How are you going to ensure you stay committed to this process?
