Hi,

Just wanted to introduce myself and get starting.  I've been having a lot of trouble quitting smoking and it's been wearing me down.  Little panic attacks, moody and so on.  I feel really disappointed in myself.  Today is my last day of holidays and I'm battling fear of going back to work and quitting smoking again.  I have about ten cigarettes left and then I am going to quit, again.  On bad days I'm afraid of almost everything.  I have been seeing a psychiatrist for over ten years now.  I have always done well in group treatments and I'm hoping this will be a step to finally getting my old self back (only slightly improved).
