Michelle, If you doctor has changed your medication he/she should have told you when and how to take it. If not, then I would go to your nearest pharmacy and ask them these questions. Thanks for jumping on the site and asking such an important question! Be safe! Melanie

has anyone taken mirtazapine for their depression?? I am on lofepramine at the moment but its seems that its effect has warn off, so my doctor has prescribed this, also is it safe to change medication the day after takin another one? I have been on lofepramine for nearly 8 years!
