Diet and mood

5 years ago 0 11226 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0

Recently I have been reading a lot about diet and mood. It seems there is quite the correlation between eating healthy and feeling good mentally. Probiotic and fermented foods are linked to an improvement in anxiety and depression. Also, diets high in vegetables, whole grains, seafood and unprocessed foods have been linked to a lowered likelihood of having depression.

Have you noticed a link between diet and mood? Are there any foods you try to eat more of or less of?

I would love to hear members thought on diet and mood.
