Your Top 3 - New things to try

12 years ago 0 59 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Always up for new things and new experiences. They usually find me, it's rare that I seek them out.

1)  Learn how to sew (Actually put that big box of patterns to use)
2)  Try Tibeten, Cuban & Jamaican food (3 places local & in mind)
3)  Learn Lennox

Why not, indeed, try some things that I've been meaning to, but have been too afraid of failing at.

1. Learn to play the bass guitar
2. Go back to my creative writing class and actually write that damn novel
3. Learn to speak Japanese

Wake up that sluggish brain, Pete!

Do it now, don't wait for tomorrow!

Hello Samantha,

Your post is interesting and reminds me of what my brother proposed me another day.

My brother said that I could come up with a list of small new things to do (even insignificant ones) and update this list frequently. Then I would pick one thing each day from the list and do it.

Some days I have done it while others don't.

Here are 3 things from my list:
- change wallpaper from the computer
- change ring tone from the mobile phone
- buy a pair of running shoes

Hey members,

If you ever feel like life is just passing you by it may be time for you to try something new! Trying new things can be really gratifying and help us with personal development. It also helps to build your identity and find out about interests you may have never known you had.

My 3 things that I will try are:

Try to make my own sushi
I will try a new class (boxing or zumba)
    I will attempt to run a half-marathon

Now that you have read about trying new things what are three new things that you will try?
