Guitarman, Welcome to the Depression Center! Sorry to hear you're having a rough time! We encourage you to begin working through the CBT program if you haven't already. Rest assured, you're not alone. Our program will help you tackle these issues from teaching you relaxation techniques, to helping with relationships, anxiety and much more! Have you tried relaxation techniques to help with headaches and relaxation? Have you tried breaking up tasks into much smaller pieces and taking small breaks in between? We hope you'll keep us posted on how you're doing. Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

hi all These are the symptoms I have been suffering from since I have been diagnosed depression, it has been a complete nightmare the last six months, and I cannot get my head back together. The doctor tells me. I will get better soon, but can't tell me when? Isn't that just good news. I don't think??, but here on my symptoms? How many can you match with from all of them and give yourself a score. Symptoms I am still suffering from 1 mild headaches every day from the front of my temple to my crown. 2 losing the clarity of thinking I used to have 3 a certain loss of identity and personality 4 have a hard time trying to concentrate, on tasks and the ability to think and and organised around them, which I find almost impossible 5 I am losing mental ability and capability on almost every aspect of thinking. 6 Am not able to relax as much as I used to and I also do not have the ability to connect with my body [ if that sounds mad enough] 7 I have serious thoughts about suicide, several times a day of which I find sometimes hard to ignore. 8 my operational ability to do my job, to drive has been severely affected to regards Andrew
