jc Personally, this drug helped me alot with no side affects. In fact, I lost 100 lbs (diet and excercise) while I was on it. Coming off it was not a pleasant experience but I wouldn't let that prevent me from taking it to "get better" Good luck to you!

Jc, The best advice I can send you; Speak to your doctor and especially your pharmacist. Ask them about side effects, and dosages. Remember, medications are different and effect everyone differently. Knowledge is power! Hope this helps, Josie

I've just started on this drug. An internet search led to a huge raft of people's horrible experiences trying to get off this drug. I am worried about this, and also about weight gain (this makes things so much worse for me). It's odd that none of the medical or quasi-medical sites mention either of these issues (ie, getting off it, and weight gain). Has anyone had a good experience on this drug?
