depression out of hand

Hi Kassimarrs, Welcome. If you need someone else to talk to, you've come to the right place. I know you said that it was mostly work that was causing you grief; but with your husband in Iraq, I'm sure you have a LOT of stress to deal with. I don't pretend to know how that must feel, but my VERY familiar with what it's like to feel that things are "hopeless". I also know that that's not true. As long as we're still breathing, there's hope. Have you always felt this way, or is it just since your husband has been overseas? Kate14

Hello everyone! Just recently I've felt like my life is getting out of hand. I feel awful 90% of the time, and I don't feel like my old self. I'm on my second medication so far, and I've started seeing a psychiatrist... it's mostly work that's making me feel this way. I'm constantly feeling an overwhelming sense of anger when Im at work... so much so that the other day I had to walk out with just telling my supervisor that "I would be back soon" and I went over to a friends house for a bout half an hour or so. I just don't know what to do anymore... I talk to my mom at least twice a day (we live 3000 miles apart), I talk to my one good friend I have here, although it's ahrd to talk to her because I don't think she understands, and my husband is currently in Iraq. I'm just starting to feel hopeless, and that's an awful feeling to have!
