exercise. eat lots of vegies and a bit of protein. don't deviate from that. i am now diabetic. i didn't take that advise and i can probably never reverse my desease. though you are depressed try working on that. i personally find it hard not to eat fats and sweets and to consistently excercise, especially with aches and pains. however i think its something positive that i can do everyday. its a step in the right direction.
