Hi Warren
I am sorry I did not mean to make you think that I thought you did not suffer from panic and anxiety (i am not a MD) I was just trying to answer your post about your concerns with schizophrenia.
I felt bad because noone had posted to help you out. If your Doc says you suffer from panic and anxiety then you probably do.
Part of anixety is concerns about our health, both physical AND mental. I just felt you were doing catastrophic thinking about the schizophrenia thing.
People who suffer from panic and anxiety are very intelligent, creative, detail orientated, highly imagniative, analytical and a list of other attributes.
These traits can make us accomplish wonderful things, however when you have anxiety you tend to use these attributes to scare yourself silly, mainly by thinking too much.
That is what I meant, and I was trying to reassure you about the worry you had over schizophrenia. Please make sure you discuss these issues with your therapist or Doc, I am sure they can explain better than me.
anytime I can help Warren ((hugs))
