I know the thoughts you get are really scarey, with regards to the thought about being possesed I have had that to.
Some of the thoughts and fears I have are bizare, and I really feel like I'm losing it. But please try to hold on to the fact that these are all symptoms of panic disorder and anxiety, our minds are very good at making us feel awful, but we can reverse this process by making our minds make us feel good, I know it is diffcult some how it is easier to believe all the bad thoughts, I know, I find it hard to be positive when horrible thoughts enter my mind, I'm trying CBT maybe you should. I am only at the start of my therapy I have a long way to go, but please hang in there. Our minds are so powerful they can work for us or against us.
