Hi seamsew, how are you? I haven't seen you in a while! I haven't posted in a while too cause i was busy with school! Ok, so.....just to let you know. You ARE normal and you DO have a normal brain my dear! Dont ever say that you are not normal. I know anxiety/panic can make us feel like we are weird or sick in the head or something. But we are not. Everyone has anxiety, but the difference is that everyone has it at different levels and in different situations. We just have higher levels and in more situations than usual. So dont' let this bring you down. I know its hard.......it has brought me down many times. But we both gotta look on the bright side and think that we are so lucky to be healthy in all other ways. We are so blessed to have such wonderful families and friends. We are soooo lucky that we have the ability to learn how to control our anxiety. We just need a lot of practice! Trust me, it will get better hun. Plz just stay strong and work through the anxiety when it gets there. When its done and over with, just get on with your day! I hope u feel better! Nice hearing from u! Bye for now!!

Vanessa, You should notice a difference soon now that your back on meds. It's a learning process, that's all I can say. You have to keep working at it. Your brain is just a little different but there's no reason why you can't learn and succeed at working around it. Everybody has weaknesses and strengths and we all learn how to utilize them to our best advantage. Just hang in there, you'll get there. You just experienced a minor set-back. Learn from it and keep going. Hope this helps you to get back on track. Danielle _______________________________ The PC Support Team

Hey Everyone.I have no posted on here in a while because school has taken over my life.hahah BUT a new situation has set me back. I have been doing relatively well since my very bad panic anxiety nighmare about this time last year. I was put of Effexor and also started doing this program and both helped me a lot. Well because of school I missed my psychiatrist appointment. I had to make a new appointment and ended up not having enough pills before I saw the doctor. I was fine that day and saw my doctor and he gave me a new prescription. I only missed one night of taking my pills but By the next night I started feeling horrible. I had crazy anxiety and brain shivers that lasted all night. well now that I have taken my pills I started to feel better, but not 100%. I feel myself having anxious thoughts again. I had forgotten how horrible anxiety is. Again I am starting to become a little depressed and asking my self WHY ME! Why cant I just have a normal brain. I have a lot of hopes and dreams for the future and I don't want anxiety to interfere with any of it.I guess i'm just ranting cause I Hate Anxiety. _ Vanessa
