Hi Eddie, Welcome to the site. Thanks for sharing your story here with us. You sound like you are preparing yourself very well. You are right, knowledge is power. Sometimes is helps just to come to the site and share your thoughts. Members here truly understand what it is like to experience feelings of panic and anxiety. Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Casey __________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Hello, My name is Eddie Munster, This is actually my first personal post! For the past two weeks I have been feeling more and more anxious and agitated! I have had some negative and scary thoughts coming in and out of my head. It's been a tiring time and I feel exhausted! I have been good at keeping my anxiety levels low and I have been doing great until recently! I been seeing a therapist and been educating myself to overcome this God aweful illness! I truly believe that this happens to us as a reminder to just live life a day at a time and overlook the negative things in this world. I noticed that when I don't eat I feel anxious! I also notitice that I am agitated more during this time! I am about to be a father for the first time and man I am scared! I pray everyday that our baby is born healthy and without any anxiety issues! I know I have allot of things to think about and the most important person in my life is my wife and I want her to have the best pregnancy she can. I want to be there through the good and the bad. It's just so hard when you yourself are trying to stay focused and deal with your own issues. I will NOT give up and give into this illness! I have fallen so many times that I am becoming as good at getting back up! As I right this, I remind myself the positive things in my life. I will not live in fear for the rest of my life. I pray everyday for all of us suffering out there! I believe that together we will win this fight! For anyone reading this thank you for hearing me out! I just needed to write how I feel! :gasp:
