Hey Chanda, I'm anxious these days too. It's because I'm studying for this exam and worry about it (though I know I shouldn't worry).
And about that party on Wed., maybe you should think about it and try to "convince yourself that theres nothing to be anxious about. Sometimes we can be anxious even if we don't think about something. If you think it's about the party try bringing the "problem" into your "consciousness" and than deal with it. That sometimes works for me.
