hi Stevo
yeah I have had a set back this week and agree that you can sometimes be going along quite happy and suddenly you, get an attack out of the blue or an increase in anxiety.
I have found the panic diary really useful to keep reminding me that I am making progress.
Also I have found it helpful to keep a list of positive things that I did each day and even write small things down
i.e watched a film, went to the shops. This helps 'cos it reminds me of the things that I am doing, rather than thinking of the things I can't do because of the anxiety. Meditation and relaxation also help.
Also trying to catch and challenge my thoughts and sometimes giving myself a break i.e my mum's ill at the moment and that would make anyone anxious.
It takes a long time to change things, but you are doing well.
Try to think that to have had a set back you must have made progress in the first place.
Hope this helps a bit.
Thinking of you, let us know how you are doing!!!
