Hi, Ladie. It sounds like you learned something about yourself. Perhaps next time you can have something else, like hot chocolate or a non-caffeinated soda?

well, i've been off the sedatives for 9 days, and i hadn't had a panic attack in about 11 days. but lastnight i couldn't sleep cause i kept getting anxious, i thought it mite finaly be over. i had made the mistake of drinking coffee on a date, and i sure did pay. i was up with a horrible attack that i could not control. it completely drainned me, i couldn't even get downstairs to get a sedative. i'm just feeling very frustrated and i need to vent. i thought it was nder control. i felt like i might finally be cured of this ****, but now i feel like it will always be there.
