Hi Becky, What situations or places make you feel like you are loosing control? What brings these feelings on? Could you please be more specific as to what you mean by "not having any friends" ? We'll figure this out together. Hang in there. Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

Hi I just finished reading part four in the program, and I'm abit confused about how to set a goal for myself. The thing is, I have no physical fears. I'm not afraid of dogs or being alone, or being in crowded places or anything like that. The fears I wish to overcome are fears like being crazy, not having any friends et.c. I find it hard to figure how to do exposure work when my fear is loosing control/going crazy. Any advice?
