Davit,
That wouldn't apply to me, but maybe others could comment.

I remember the precise moment I realized I was "shy" in a schoolyard a few minutes from where I still live, at that public school, and probably the precise place too.  What i was identifying was my tendency to avoid instead of confront life or be open to the natural feeling of anxiety.

Any other comments are always refreshing and welcome!

Hi Davit,

The connection you make between deterioration of health and panic attacks is interesting. How did you come to the conclusion that the former brought about the latter?

Also, I'm curious to know : what types of situations bring on your panic attacks nowadays? Do you think their effect would be lessened if you regularly prepared for them in advance (for example, by running through a list of breathing and relaxation techniques you could apply if needed)?

Yours in support,

Sonia

We were sitting here looking at pictures in my photo file and I realized that I had a certain amount of anxiety all my life and some fear related to dangerous situations but I never had any panic attacks. Not till my health deteriorated did I have panic attacks. Can anyone relate to this.

Davit.
