Sorry you are having auch a tough time. I get how you are feeling I have been there. Have your doctor check you out if you feel the need it is not ridiculous if it helps you. I have felt that way too. It is hard to suffer a relapse. But it does get easier. Hang in there, this too shall pass!

Had a panic attack again after I ate dinner and it wasn't as bad my past attacks so that is good.  However, what if there is something seriously wrong with me?  I think I'm going to ask the doctor for a MRI.  Am I being ridiculous?  I just don't understand how I was doing so well and all of sudden I fall into panic attacks again after so many years of being able to keep them under control.  I'm just so tired
