Hi Canscrap,

I know exactly what your going through. I also do not go to my children's activities because I struggle with leaving home. I really feel I cheat the kids out of a mom. My ex and I split up 2 months ago and now that I read your post maybe I sabotaged it. I know I'm going to get better at this and I know you will too!! It's difficult some days and I've only been at it for 1 week. Keep in touch as we journey together!!

Hi I'm new to this site. I've had anxiety/agrophobia for many years now. I've always managed to "cope" over the last 20 years. I worked all my life and I do have a good education. I took time off from work this past year and I have been really avoiding ever since. I stay home alot and miss out on things. I've seen counsellors, tried the meds (didn't like it), possibly everything I could think of to help myself, but I still feel as anxious as ever. The truth is I haven't really worked at a program and I now I feel ready. I hope that I can count on your support because people really don't understand this issue. Anyway said enough!!

canscrapbook,   Thank you for sharing your story and support with us. There are many people within this support group that share the same questions and concerns as you.  We are all a group of individuals who support each other.

If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests.  These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.

We also have developed a Panic Program.  This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above.  Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead.

These tests may or may not be for you but they are "free".  If you have any question or concerns with our “TOOLS”, you can contact us at support@paniccenter.net.  We are the Support Specialist for The Panic Center and are open to any questions or concerns you may have.

Please continue to strive forward and lean on us for support.     Sarah, Health Educator
