I am sorry to hear you are having a rough day.
First I wanted to say I too have dizzy spells. Also, I want to say that I agree that if you find this too worrisome you should talk to your doctor. But I also wanted to tell you that when I am too anxious or panicky, I sometimes feel like I can't keep my6 thoughts in order or talk straight. It's like my mind is so busy being anxious it stops working right. It's a very scary feeling. But It passes and then I am fine.
I just wanted to say hang in there, it does get better! This too shall pass!!!
