Fatwillie, Start working through the program and you will learn and understand your anxiety better. Please feel free to ask questions for either the mods or the members. The advice and support you will receive can help you and your family through this. Brenna, Bilingual Health Educator

Hi ya Fatwillie and welcome . First of all you are not sad , so please dont feel that way . Espically with us . Think we have all thought that at one time or another but thats down to being depressed about our feelings . I started the programme a few few ago myself and was very anxious but the thought of easing and conquering my fears out weighed anything . I will say Willie that its slowly beggining to help , espically the lovely people on here and advice of the mods . Take care :)

Fatwillie, As you can see, you're not alone! We encourage you to begin work through the program in your session diary. Many have made great strides in the management of their anxiety as a result of using it. Danielle, Bilingual Health Educator

Welcome to the site! Yes I can relate to feeling unmotivated but I think the more info you get here and support you will find help and hope!!! I think it takes more energy to worry then to be happy so keep seeking help and I'm sure you will feel that burden lifting. Guilt is an awful heavy thing to carry so lighten up on your self and take one step at a time. I think if we take care of ourselves then we have something wonderful to give back to those around us that love us! So be kind to yourself and that kindness will spill over to those around us! Birdie
