Congratulations on your wedding David i knew you could do it!Think about all that anxiety you had before hand and i bet the day went off beautifully for you and your wife.Sometimes its the anticipatory anxiety that is worse for me doing the actual thing i was scared of :confuse: Hopefully once you get back into your exercising you will begin to feel a bit better. With the obsessive thoughts when i get them i try doing other things to occupy myself, read, post here just get active do some exercise sometimes it works sometimes it dosnt.Sorry i couldnt help some more but i understand just how frustrating it is.I hope you feel better and sorry it took so long to reply i have been pretty busy the past couple of days.Take care. Lulu..

Hello everyone. Just wanted to chime in with some thoughts. Lulu, just wanted to let you know our wedding was wonderful. I am now married to my dreamgirl. I often worried it would never happen, but it did and we had a great time. Then on our honeymoon I decided to get the flu. My fever was so high last Monday that my wife was visibly frightened and my anxiety level was very high so I took a diazepam. My dad tells me that my brother and I ran high fevers as children. I also started to experience other anxiety again. But I can say that I have not had a full panic attack for 2 weeks. I hope it starts to get easier for a while. With OCD, panic is sometimes not far behind. I got panicky at the store and the restaurant the other night, but I kept it under control. I am still feeling the affects of it though. I had a two diazepam day at work today. What does everyone else do for their obsessive thoughts? I also have noticed lately that my fears seem to be worse in public. They do not completely go away at home, but mostly they are kept in check. Going to work is sometimes hard and I have to shed a few tears to do so. What I really need to do is start exercising again. I have not had any exercise in over 2 weeks with all the wedding stuff and having the flu. Thanks for listening to my jibber jabber. David
