New here. Day 4! So tempting to drink!

Hi all.
So today I’m on day4 of not having a drink.
I don’t drink every day. I drink twice a week, but when I say drink I mean I drink an awful lot. I drink nearly 70cl vodka twice a week. I also take antidepressants for anxiety which probably isn’t a great mix.
I don’t drink every day as my hangovers are just shocking, and I don’t know why they don’t put me off drinking altogether. But my mind always says.. it’s fine you haven’t had a drink now for 3 days so have one ??. 
I can never have just a few drinks, once I have a couple and get a tipsy feeling that’s when I just don’t stop. So I’m a twice a week binge drinker??? If the suns out it makes me think time to sit in the sun and have a drink, if someone wants to meet up I revolve it around alcohol. I’m on day 4 now and just talking myself into having a drink, then out of it. I have two voices in my head saying go on and then no don’t!

Any tips on things to take your mind off it? 

Would you say this was binge drinking or more?

Any advice appreciated
