Hello

I finally did it , i attended an online AA meeting my first one! it felt great to read other peoples shares and I even got to share myself . I was trembling with fear , hard to believe that i would feel so scared and faint to share in an online chat where i actually don't have to face people ....but i was terrified!! I have to say after the share, i fell such a feeling of accomplishment for taking that first step and letting it out . And the support is amazing just like here . I feel so happy I did it i proved to myself i would and am trying to do what it takes to live a sober life and not live in my disease . i want to" live in the solution and not the problem"

today i feel great that i didnt make any excuses and attended my first AA meeting i faced my fear of going and now feel sooo great to have done it .
