Welcome to the site! I guess keep at it and if you have a strong enough reason (your girl) you can get through it either way and maybe find you enjoy actually being a non-smoker.
 
Otherwise you should maybe consult some educational avenues regarding smoking. It's unlikely you'll quit if you don't actually want to, and even further it's unlikely you actually love it (once you really examine that) and even further you have absolutely nothing to be proud of.
 
If you come around and kick the addiction that is something to be proud of. Otherwise you're mostly just brainwashed.

hello everyone, I'm Canaan, 23 years old have been smoking for almost 10 years. anyway i love my cig i really do i have never even imagined me quitting. i'm quitting because my soul mate has a probelm in her heart and lungs that having a smoker in the house might kill her and i have knew 2 days ago about it and it was when i have decided that i have to quit. unfortunetly i do love being a smoker and im proud of being one, im craving for a cig sooo bad that i cant focus on my studies and i'm in exams period.
