Thanks all ....

I successfully completed First week & Second week nearing completion ....

No Slip or Relapse, Not finding any great difficulty either, sometimes Nicotine tells to cheat a puff or company of Friends do offer but following strictly N.O.P.E or N.T.A.P.

I Just keeping reminding myself in mind , "I AM A NON SMOKER", (Not even giving a thought that I am a Ex-Smoker).

I hope keep my promise to myself ...............

Welcome TravelinLady!

Celebrate your accomplishment.  Getting past the first 4 days is Hugh!  The watering mouth is part of a craving :).  I chew SF gum when it happens.
Hope to see more of you here.

Congrats to you. I think we stopped on the same day. This is also my fourth day of no smoking.  I cannot believe I have made it 4 days, I never would have thought it was possible. The strangest withdrawal symptom is constant mouth watering. I haven't heard of it but that's what I am doing.

Good luck to you!

I echo what other members have said!  Hope you're both continuing to do well in your quits.
N.O.P.E  - all the way!
