I downloaded the app on my Iphone. Wow! I am impressed! You can look at your quit meter any time and see your progress, that will really help new quitters! You can even see the forum on it, and read something to help you get over a craving or trigger! You can also get push notifications to help you quit! I think this is really an excellent tool for quitters, old and new! Even being six years into my quit, I know I will peek in on it regularily and check on that good old quit meter, just to remind me that I really am where I am! If you have an Iphone, just go to the app store and search "stop smoking center". Its free and downloaded quite qquickly. You can use your login that you use here. Very well done SSC! I think its great!
