Thanks Rudy! You can do it, and really for me, as a pack and a half a day smoker for 30+ years, I had mainly the grumpy side effects
and not so much the positive ones until I made it past that two month hurdle. Now, I can smell a butt burning if someone is walking down
the street, and I drive by with my window down going 40 mph (thats a whopping 64 kmh in your neck of the woods ; )
You can do it. Food and beverage will get better tasting. I used the quit meter as kind of a challenge, and initially I had it pasted on
my desktop (back when they called it a glove box and you could export it to you desktop and watch your numbers pile up).. kind of
turned it into a video game mentality that I wanted to have the highest score...
Today 1000 days, 30,000 nails not in the butt tray, $9,000 dollars saved, and greater than 182 days added to my life from an actuarial
standpoint... Keep up the great work brother, If I can make a thousand days, ANYONE can! All the best, Capper
