My therapist suggested I do more work in my anger management workbook, which I suppose makes since I am very upset with myself. Yesterday I felt somewhat better, but today I am really in the dumps. I am just trying to get through the day, because all I feel like doing is going home, going back to bed and pulling the covers up over my head. Felling this way sucks. My advice to everyone: keep your quits, no matter what.
