Ashley, for me, going through My Program and updating it regularly was one of the most important things. I swear I read every post on the SSC site too! My desire to quit was stronger than my desire to smoke, so I did everything I could to not smoke. I went cold turkey, and the support of everybody here was crutial. I posted regularly, and I sought help when needed. I couldn't have done it without everybody here! Those who helped me 700 days ago, and those who helped me 7 days ago!
