The captain and crew are awaiting your arrival on the cruise ship! Pull up a lounge chair on the ledo deck, cabana boys are waiting to take your umbrella drink orders and put suntan lotion on your back! Relax and take it all in! Go to the bow of the ship and shout "I'm the non-smoking Queen of the World!!!"

I made it to 50 days! I'm so happy!! Thank you all SO much for your help with my quit. You have been a life-line and continue to be. I have told so many people that I know that smoke about this site and all the wonderful people here. I'm hopeful that at least some of them will take my advice and log on! The best thing anyone could ever do for themselves!!
