MissConduct, first, congratulations on 6 days smoke free! You've been given some awesome advice! They call it Hell Week for a reason. There are mood swings, there's a little bit of anger, there's restlessness, there's nights of little sleep, there's days of craziness. Its just your body is getting used to being without the constant flow of nicotine. And yes, it all will pass. Next week is Heck Week. Things will be a little bit better. Then you get into blah weeks, typically days 15 to 30. Thats when things normally get back to normal. Keep posting if you need help, venting as much as you need, as we've all gone through it.
