I'm new here

Hello.  I quit smoking for the 5th or 6th time.  I can't remember.  I am on my 4th week now.  I feel like I am over the "hump" and the cravings are quickly diminishing.  I discovered that my blood pressure was out of control, so my doctor told me to quit or go on meds.  So, in the same week, I quit smoking, drinking and caffiene.  It was difficult and still is, but I am determined.  Oh yeah, there is a smoker still in my house too.  I make him go outside now and he isn't very happy with that, but too bad.
