Luv, I have to agree with Mike that you have a good plan in place and are off to a good start!  You have some great looking stats too!  They say it takes an average of 7 quits to remain smoke free.  I hope that this will be your final quit!  Somebody is always here 24/7 if you need anything.  We're all rooting for your continued success!

I have been checking out posts and articles over the
last couple of days and working through the program. Today is the first day off the patch
after having been on it for the past 5 weeks. Also, I am using a nicotine
inhaler which I basically just chew on and handle. Smoking has been a part of my life
for the past 35 years and this is my 5th and hopefully last quit. I am participating in
a CAMH Stop Study program as well as the 'Driven to Quit" challenge, so wish me luck.
