Congrats on 31 months.  YOU did it.  maybe fortunate you had friends who quit and made you question why you were smoking.  You are the one who put down the pack.. and said . NO   Not one puff ever.

I read on another site... craves.. are a question.. a habit of letting the junkie ask the question.. oh just one.. so now  not to let the question in your mind.. Like you said.. Put them down.. Not one Puff Ever...

cheers on your 31 months  have a great celebration and Thanks for your support and inspiration

Thirty One Months Today

At first I didn’t know for sure if I wouldn’t be picking up another smoke anytime soon.  I have been very fortunate though, this time I have been able to stick to it.

I recall some of my best friends and relatives had all quit eons before.  I had always wondered just what was it in their lives that came together for them, that gave them the strength and courage to lay down that pack.

I know that I can not have one.  One is never ever enough and so I choose none.  You learn that they were much more of a nuisance then what you thought they were. You learn that they once ruled your roost, although with the passing of time you discover that you yourself had found the way, and you keep, keeping it.

Stick with it.
